   The recent law change simply tightened restrictions for financial institutions and gambling sites, it does nothing to make playing online gambling games illegal. So you can still play online bingo.

   they make it hard because there are only a few deposit and withdrawal methods you can use, but otherwise they can’t do a thing

   Yes, it is still legal to play bingo, or any other kind of gambling. There’s still sites that take Americans, just check out http://www.internetbingozone.com
